Eternal life in Heaven is a Free gift which means it cannot be earned or deserved. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Understanding How to Get to Heaven

  • Everyone has sinned. Romans 3:23. – “For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”
  • We deserve spiritual death (separation from God). Romans 6:23a. – “For the wages of sin is death …”
  • However, God through His grace gives us a way out…Romans 6:23b. – “… but the gift of the Lord is eternal life (heaven) in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
  • All we have to do is call upon Jesus to be our Savior. Romans 10:13. – “For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord (Jesus) shall be saved.”
  • Saved from what? Saved from eternity in hell.
  • Pray to Jesus. Confess that you are a sinner. Tell Him that you believe that He died for your sins and was resurrected on the third day. Ask Him into your life to be your Savior.
It’s that simple. He knows your heart. He knows if you are sincere or not.
